Renee Hamilton - Social Media Strategist

Renee Alexander Hamilton has spent her personal and professional life devoted to creating excellent customer experiences. Two years ago she entered the non-profit sector working for International children's medical charity Operation Smile. There she worked with a team to create a dynamic Donor Relations Team based on the Donor First philosophy. With her new role as Social Media Strategist, Renee is dedicated to using Social Media for donor engagement and relationship building. Operation Smile's adventurous social media plan includes innovative ways to integrate event based fundraising and promotions with the latest social media tools.

Renee has become sought after for consulting on Non-Profit and for profit social media campaigns and looks forward to helping people embrace social media as tools to compliment a new consumer centric paradigm in public relations and marketing. She is on a personal mission to shift the thinking of those responsible for branding from one way messaging to two way conversations with donors and consumers using these new technology tools.
